Who is responsible

Enes Aktaş, an independent software developer based in Ankara, Türkiye, operates enesakt.com and the products listed on it. For anything on this page, write to enes@enesakt.com.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. enesakt.com is a static site: there is no account, no sign-up form, no database behind it, and no advertising or analytics script of any kind — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel, no social embed that profiles you.

The one thing kept in your browser is a theme value in local storage, remembering whether you chose the light or the dark version of the page. It never leaves your device, it is not an identifier, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting and server logs

The site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server, Cloudflare’s edge records technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — to serve the page and to absorb attacks. Those logs are processed by Cloudflare under the Cloudflare privacy policy, kept for a short period, and I do not export, join or analyse them.

If you write to me

The address on this site is an ordinary mailbox. If you email me, I keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed to anyone.

The products listed here

Each application shown under Products has its own account system and its own privacy policy, published inside the app and on its store listing. This page covers this website and the publishing tools described in the next section — not those apps.

Google API Services and YouTube

I run my own publishing tools that sign in with a Google Account in order to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels I own. Those tools use YouTube API Services, and the following applies to them:

• Using them means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google’s handling of the data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• What is stored: an OAuth refresh token and the connected channel identifier, held on my own server so that scheduled uploads can run without signing in again. No video content, no viewer data and no analytics about anyone else is stored.
• Only the scopes needed to upload and manage videos on the connected channel are requested. Nothing else is read.
• Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it stops the tool immediately, and the stored token is deleted when access is revoked or the tool is retired.
• Data obtained through YouTube API Services is never sold, never shared with a third party and never used to train a model.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you can ask what personal data of yours I hold, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to enes@enesakt.com; you will have an answer within thirty days.

Children

Nothing on this site is directed at children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and a material change is described here rather than slipped in silently.
