What these terms cover

They cover enesakt.com and every page under it. Applications distributed through the App Store, Google Play or their own domains carry their own terms; where those differ from these, the application’s own terms govern that application.

Who runs this site

Enes Aktaş, an independent software developer based in Ankara, Türkiye. enes@enesakt.com.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, typography, photography, film and source code of this site are mine unless a page says otherwise. You may read it, print it, link to any page, and quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link back.

You may not republish the site or a substantial part of it as your own, resell it, or use it as training material for a model or as the basis of a derivative product without written permission. Third-party product names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and appear here only to identify what is being described.

No warranty

The site is offered as it stands. I keep it accurate and available as far as I reasonably can, but I do not promise that it is free of errors, that every link resolves, or that it is reachable at any given moment. Descriptions of products, capabilities, prices and timelines are current at the time of writing and can change without notice.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or engineering advice for your situation. If you act on something you read on this site, that decision is yours.

Links to other sites

Pages here link to third-party sites, app stores and code repositories. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Products and demos

Access to a tool or a demonstration may be granted individually and may be withdrawn. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume or reverse-engineer any service reachable from this site, and do not use one for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site — lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Turkish law governs these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top of the page is the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.
